- ANGE EYZAGUIRRE is not responsible for the cost of delivery of the change or return of the purchase.
- You can exchange your purchase for any other product on the site, from the same collection or you can choose to obtain an eCard for the amount of your purchase.
- The time to make a change is 30 days. To make changes, it is essential to present the "Change Ticket" or invoice/proof of payment together with the Product, its packaging and original labels in good condition.
- The eCard can only be used in our eStore. The code will be sent to your email, which you must apply at the time of the new purchase whose shipping will be discounted.
The eCards have a single use and are valid for 3 months. The amount of the code must be used in its entirety, not being cumulative for subsequent purchases.

- Personalized and adjusted products (hem, darts, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Garments purchased during "Cyber Monday"; "Hot Sale" or specific actions of discounts on the internet, will be taken at the price paid
- ANGE EYZAGUIRRE's exchange and return policy is similar to that of its physical stores. That is, the garments will only be accepted if they are returned under the following conditions:
- With manufacturer's label and sealing intact.
- In the original packaging, not damaged. Protective boxes/covers, plastic bags and protective stickers, guarantees and explanatory brochures are considered part of the product.
- Not washed or used, without odors or stains or alterations made by the client (eg: hem, darts, etc.);
- Present proof of purchase.
In the event that ANGE EYZAGUIRRE understands that the returned product does not fit the criteria described above, the site has the right not to accept the return or to make the exchange. ANGE EYZAGUIRRE can, then, resend the product to the client, without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification and reason for the rejection.
