CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Unused, unwashed, unstained, and unaltered products may be returned within a period of 10 days from receipt, except in the case of: garments for personal use, garments to order, or garments made to order. extent; or garments that have deteriorated due to an act attributable to the client. The return must be with the ticket. You must bring an intact manufacturer's label and seal, as well as the original undamaged packaging.
No money refunds are made in our stores, since returns will always be made by the same means in which it was paid (EASY PAYMENT)
CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT?
In accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy, exchanges for online purchases can be made by mail within 30 days of purchase.
- The changes will be made within a maximum period of 30 days with tickets, labels on and clothing in perfect condition. For this you must send us the product and after we have reviewed it, you can choose the new one for which you want to change it.
- The dispatch will be charged again with the shipment of the new product since we work with an external company for this. In the event that there has been a product shipping error, this cost will be assumed by us.
- Remember that changes to purchases made during promotions will be taken at the price paid.
